Do Nothing
Best advice I ever paid for:  “Sit still and breathe.” 

Essentially, sitting still means to do nothing.  It’s far more powerful than it seems at first glance. Doing nothing and stitting still can be very, very powerful.  There is real power in not responding.  In fact, it’s a highly recommended first choice if you tend to be more reactive or volatile. 

Doing nothing is exactly what one does while in meditation, contemplative prayer, or on a quiet walk.  Sitting still or doing nothing can be a productive time to process your thoughts and feelings, or find a fresh canvas with which to work...
