Of all the different worlds we find ourselves in, it seems that negotiating our way around the 3R’s in the professional world can be the most difficult, due to deeply entrenched systems, rules, and ways of thinking.  The goal of using the 3R’s as a litmus test in professional relationships is to evaluate and change those relationships that may be missing one or more of the 3R’s.  By looking at the 3R’s within these systems we can learn to evaluate what is important, what we can live with, and what we can change.  This may mean changing ourselves, our point of view, or our world of work...
